What are the
commissions?
Our commissions are simple.
The commission for TIP software
is 15%. If someone wants
additional work related to the TIP software the
commission is 15%.
For all digital products someone
orders, that you recommended, you will
receive a 15%
commission! Those include any products
purchased online that they simply download -
books, audio, DVD, etc. For physical products,
i.e. if they want a hard copy of the book as
well as the digital version, you will receive a
15% commission. For any recommendation
resulting in consulting or training or labor
intensive products* you will receive a 15%
commission (15% for digital products, 15% for
TIP,
15% for physical products, and 15% for labor
intensive products!).

reserves the right to decide what products
receive what commission.
What
constitutes a digital product?
Digital products are those that
are purchased online and downloaded to someone’s
computer. For example a book will have both a
digital version which someone can purchase and
download to their computer to read, and there
will be a “physical” book like you have on your
book shelf at home.
Unlike selling a digital copy of
a book, TIP normally requires more work on our
part for the sale to occur. Before someone
purchases TIP they often want to talk with us
about it, which we are happy to do. This
means that there is often a considerable amount
of time involved on the phone walking people
through the benefits of TIP. Because of
this time investment the commission for selling
TIP is 15%.
Is there a cap
on the amount that I can earn in a month or
year?
NO! You could earn thousands
each year by recommending TIP and other great
products offered by JTB Communications, Inc.
How do you
know I recommended TIP or other products?
There are two ways we will know
you recommended a product. We provide you with
a link to our website that you place on your
website. Then you tell people about the product
have them click on the link. When they click on
that link our computers will track that they
came from your website and will record how much
commission you will receive based on what they
purchased. Simple isn’t it! Some people may
prefer to order via email or the phone. Simply
have them tell us that you recommended them.

There are many ways that you can
promote the great products we have to offer. We
have emails that you can send to your members
telling them about TIP and our other products as
well as how to learn more information. We will
send you the emails; you plug in your name in
the spaces provided, and then send them out to
people.
We have a magazine The
Performance Report that contains informative
articles about performance and ad’s for our
products. These magazines are great marketing
tools that you can give to your clients. These
magazines are also great to display in the
office for people to read. They display nicely
at tradeshows or events where you might have a
table or booth set up. The first 5 magazines
are free. (Additional copies are available at
our cost for printing, which is $2.00 per
magazine.) Once you see how powerful of a
selling tool these magazines are we can provide
as many copies as you desire.
We also have banners that contain
the TIP logo as well as the JTB Communications,
Inc. logo that you can hang in your office or at
a booth. For the banners we cannot give any of
these away, but we will sell them to you at
cost. We are all for supporting local
businesses, so if you know of a local place that
makes banners cheaper than what cost is for us,
we can send you the logos and you can get your
own made.
The simplest way to promote TIP
and other products is by having a link to our
website on yours. Drive people to your website
and when they click on our link we will track
that they came from you and what they
purchased. We can recommend great resources to
help you drive traffic to your website.
If you have a newsletter, e-zine,
or magazine that you publish for your members be
sure to include an article about your new
partnership with JTB Communications, Inc, and
TIP Software. We will be glad to provide
articles of any size for you to include.
Phone conferences are a great way
to promote TIP. Three way phone conferences are
a great marketing tool for people that aren’t
sure if TIP is right for them. Sometimes it is
better to hear it from a third party. Call any
member of our friendly staff, set up a time for
a three way call, and we would be glad to answer
any questions they or you may have.
We encourage you to shop around
and brainstorm on your own. Be creative when
promoting TIP and other products. If you want
to get posters, billboards, or flyers made by
all means do so. The more you advertise the
larger the commission you will make. We only
ask that you keep it legal. JTB Communications,
Inc. does not promote the spray painting of
overpasses etc. Please share creative ways to
advertise with us. Our marketing department is
always interested in new ways to market TIP and
other products.
When will I
get a check?
At the end of each month our
accounting department will write affiliate
checks for over $50 dollars. If an affiliate
makes less than $50 dollars one month then it
will simply carry over and be added on to the
next month’s commission records. If during the
year someone does not receive more than $50
dollars in commissions then we will write them a
check for the amount earned at the end of the
year.
Please be sure to instruct
clients to tell us your name when placing an
order. If they order something and don’t tell
us that you recommended them no commission check
will be generated. We understand clients may
forget to tell us that you recommended them. If
that were to happen simply be able to prove that
you recommended them and we will give you credit
for that commission.
It sounds too
good to be true. What’s the catch?
There is
NO CATCH!!
The closest thing to a catch is that you can’t
start receiving a commission check unless you
recommend TIP or other great products offered by
JTB Communications, Inc., so
