Unresolved
performance issues are like a cancer eating away
at performance. When performance issues go
unresolved they create a huge negative impact
on the organization. They drag everyone
down – including the bottom line. When
performance issues go unresolved it communicates
to everyone that this behavior or performance is
acceptable. If it is allowed to happen with
some people but not with others it communicates
that there are double standards.
The Most Pressing Issue For Most Leaders
The most
pressing issue for most leaders is knowing
