If that question isn’t enough to peak your interest, try this one.  If your team was totally engaged and making great decisions every day, how much time would that free-up for you in an average week?  Do you know the most common answer?  Four to ten hours a week!  You heard me right.  When we ask leaders how much time they would free-up with a team of great decision makers, the average answer was a half a day to a full day.  Can you imagine what you could do with an extra eight hours a week?

Meet the Speakers

John Brantley – President, JTB Communications, Inc., a SHRM certified organization.  John has 20 years of speaking, training, and consulting experience in leadership development, executive coaching, and organizational development.  John was written Performance Coaching – Skills Based Strategies to Develop Self Propelled People, High Octane Teamwork, Hiring the Right People, The Liftoff Guides, and The One Thing You Missed as a Leader.  He has developed the High Octane Teamwork system, Hiring The Right People Hiring System and The Unleashing – Implementation System.  He is the mastermind behind the TIP – Technology Improving Performance a Performance Management Software system.  John has a BA in Business Management from the University of Georgia and a Master of Divinity from Southern Baptist Theological Seminary.

Drew Brantley – Vice President of Product Development for JTB Communications, Inc., a SHRM certified organization.  Drew is the co-author of High Octane Teamwork, Hiring the Right People, The Liftoff Guides, and The Unleashing – Implementation System. Drew also co-authored the Hiring The Right People System.   Drew has a BS in Natural Resources from The University of the South.

Wayne Thiessen - is the president of Self-Solution – A leadership development and training company.  Wayne has extensive leadership experience having been a production manager and factory manager in manufacturing facilities for over twenty five years.  Most recently he served as Vice President of Operations for Wm. Wrigley Canada.   After receiving his undergraduate degree from Niagara College in Business Administrations-Operations, he has attended numerous post undergraduate training and development program in the past twenty years.  He is presently completing his Master Coaching Certificate with the International Coaching Federation.  Wayne is a certified trainer and presenter for JTB Communications.

Sherri Goggin - Sherri is one of the most captivating and energizing speakers you will experience at The Unleashing.  Her passion for creating a positive environment for success will inspire you to unleash the potential that is within your team.  She has extensive training experience as a restaurant consultant and trainer with Grady’s, teaching restaurant staff to create legendary customer experiences. Sherri was a member of the leadership team responsible for opening new restaurants and training all staff.  Recently Sherri and her family were selected by the March of Dimes as their national Walk America video family and the video of their story was show at March of Dimes fundraising events across America.  She was Mrs. Georgia 2006 and was third runner-up in the Mrs. USA Pageant.  Sherri has a BS in Marketing from University of Tennessee.  She received the Leadership Scholarship from Coke Cola.
