The Performance Solutions Webinar Series is a very informative Webinar training series.  Each participant will be able to develop clear plans and strategies specific to his or her organization.  Using proven techniques, guest experts, case studies, and role plays, each person will leave each Webinar with a clear plan to move forward.

The workshops are designed to build on each other.  If someone attends the whole series the person will build a base of knowledge from session to session that will create a powerful impact on their organization.  However, because we know that some people may not be able to attend each of the sessions, we have also designed them so that they can stand on their own in terms of knowledge and content. 

Someone can attend the teamwork webinar and leave with strategies and plans to build strong teamwork in their organization without having attended the hiring and liftoff modules.  The greatest impact is if someone attends all of the sessions, but it is not required for people to learn valuable strategies that they can use to improve their organization.

This webinar training series is specifically designed for Department Leaders, Branch Managers, Practice Managers, Office Managers, and Human Resource Managers, New Leaders, up and coming Leaders.  

Workshop Length

The Performance Solutions Webinar Series has a variety of topics. Each session will be either 1 or 1.5 hours long, UNLESS otherwise indicated.  The start times vary from topic to topic; so please check each Webinar for the date and time.  

HRCI Recertification Credit

Who is John Brantley?

John BrantleyPresident, JTB Communications, Inc., an HRCI Approved Provider.  John has 20 years of speaking, training, and consulting experience in leadership development, executive coaching, and organizational development.  John has written Performance Coaching – Skills Based Strategies to Develop Self Propelled People, High Octane Teamwork, Hiring the Right People, The Liftoff Guides, and The One Thing You Missed as a Leader.  He has developed the High Octane Teamwork system, Hiring The Right People Hiring System and The Unleashing – Implementation System.  John is the mastermind behind TIP – Technology Improving Performance, a Performance Management Software system.  John has a BA in Business Management from the University of Georgia and a Master of Divinity from Southern Baptist Theological Seminary.

You register based on the number of locations calling in and logging in.  This  means that you do not have to register based on the number of participants in the room.  For example: You can have 20 people in a training room at one location and you pay only 1 price.  Then if someone at another location wants to login in their office, they pay the discounted price for a 2nd location.

The great thing about attending a webinar training session is that you DO NOT pay per person.  You invest based on the number of locations that will be calling and loging in to the webinar.  There is a base investment for the first location and then a REDUCED INVESTMENT for each additional location.

Example: Susan and 10 associates will view the webinar from the training room (1 location) at the home office in Atlanta by registering for $347.  The 2 satellite offices in Charlotte and Athens would register for $267 each.
